Job Summary: Recruiting Coordinator I
Location: Louisville, KY 40202 (Hybrid: Tues-Thurs in office, Mon/Fri remote)

You ll work closely with HR Business Partners, recruiters, and organizational leaders to attract, hire, and onboard top talent.

Responsibilities

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, ensuring a seamless process
- Collaborate with hiring leaders and panel interviewers for interview logistics and documentation
- Manage new hire communications, start dates, and onboarding preparation
- Track recruitment activities, requisition status, and provide weekly reporting
- Support pre-employment testing by scheduling, confirming, and communicating results
- Process background checks and drug screens with accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with various recruiting initiatives and administrative tasks as needed

Required Skills and Experience

- Minimum 1 year of recruiting coordination or human resources experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Strong customer service focus and proactive communication skills
- Ability to manage sensitive information professionally
- Adaptable, collaborative team player with a solid work ethic

Preferred Skills

- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Familiarity with Oracle HCM or other HCMS platforms
- Bachelor s degree
