We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support a busy talent acquisition team within the energy and natural resources sector. This is a contract position expected to run for 3-6 months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs. The role is part-time and best suited for someone who can quickly contribute in a fast-moving hiring environment, especially with interview logistics and candidate support. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong Greenhouse experience and excellent coordination skills.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate a high volume of interviews each week, adjusting schedules quickly when last-minute changes arise.
• Organize onsite interview sequences and ensure all participants have the information needed for a smooth hiring experience.
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates by providing timely updates and clear communication throughout the interview process.
• Maintain recruiting workflows in Greenhouse, keeping candidate records accurate and progressing applicants through each hiring stage.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring teams through Slack and Google Workspace to manage daily scheduling priorities.
• Support a fast-paced recruiting function handling multiple open roles at the same time.
• Assist with onboarding preparation, including participation in an initial onsite training and shadowing period.
• Provide flexible coordination support across remote and onsite activities based on interview demand and team needs.• Hands-on experience using Greenhouse in a recruiting coordination or similar talent acquisition support role.
• Strong ability to manage interview scheduling, calendar changes, and complex coordination across multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Google Calendar, Docs, and related collaboration tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a high-volume recruiting environment.
• Ability to work part-time hours, approximately 20-25 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
• Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, or applicant tracking processes in a corporate environment.
