The Accounts Receivable Manager (Commercial Credit & Collections) is responsible for overseeing the company's day-to-day activities to ensure optimal cash flow and minimal bad debt. This position requires a strong leader with the ability to prioritize, plan, and direct the department.

⢠Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
⢠Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in credit management, collections, or a related financial role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
⢠Strong understanding of credit and accounts receivable principles, practices, and regulations.
⢠Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
⢠Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
⢠Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, team members, and senior management.
